Michael has more than 20 years of experience handling complex commercial transactional matters and litigation, including construction and security/alarm litigation.  Michael is recognized as an authority in the security alarm industry, having advised security alarm businesses on the myriad challenges that confront the industry.

Michael was one of the founding partners of the firm and has recently retired.
